I had IWI insulation done on our property Dave and his team were a masterclass, belongings were covered well and floor protection was put down where needed some areas of our house were getting new flooring so not everywhere needed covering! Dave and his Internal Wall Insulation team were our first contact with the program of improvements at our home. Dave and his team began work laying dust sheets and carpet protection which set the tone for their friendly and considerate approach. The work is by its nature very disruptive and dusty but they worked very hard during the week they were with us, completing work tidily and cleaning up after each day. Dave went above and beyond providing advice and updating us with scheduled arrivals of materials and trades. We were sad to see them leave. Everything else is proceeding well with subsequent trades… House already feels warmer with internal wall insulation even though ASHP isn’t yet installed… It’s an upheaval but will be a huge improvement.

Internal wall insulation, heat pump central heating, loft insulation and solar installed. Good communication throughout, Luke genuinely does go out of his way to make sure clients are cared for. Friendly team all round. The only piece of advice i would give potential clients is cover all your belongings yourself, don't expect all labourers to do so and if you're having a lot done maybe go stay somewhere else for a few days :)
