Once we have determined this, the grant application, survey, installation, and aftercare will all be taken care of by us, so you have a single point of reference for anything related to your installation rather than having to deal with multiple third parties.

What if I don’t qualify for ECO Funding through the Benefits Route?

If no one within the household is in receipt of any benefits, then this does not mean you have to miss out entirely, since First Time Central Heating Wales can still offer a funding route under the local authority ECO Flexibility scheme. This scheme is based on the health & and wellbeing of the occupants of the household and the energy efficiency of the property.
Households who are living on a low income and are considered vulnerable to the effects of living in a cold home, could therefore be eligible for assistance under the Affordable Warmth Scheme. Each local authority has its own criteria for eligibility.
